Technician Williams - is a technician on terraforming with air-bound terrestrials, he received an order from General Mertenez A. Hemmer, who begins to launch terraforme on the planet Terra in a landing that has entered the atmosphere. Upon landing, they began releasing what the General did to release the zeniths' air on Terra.
